Yup, it's a great album...I've never heard the one after that, how does it compare?

All I remember thinking was it was very good, but it's been quite awhile since I've heard it. After becoming fairly familiar with this one though, I'd say it has to be good!

the two after it are not nearly as good. however, the preceding EP, Finis Malorum, is of the same high quality as FAFTS.

I listened to FAFTS at least 5x all the way through in just the past few days alone; I have no problem saying it's every bit as good as either Somberlain or SOTLB.
