AXS TV, the premier destination for classic rock programming, celebrates two of rock's most beloved showmen in the "Nothing But Sammy And Eddie" night — a lively evening featuring classic music videos, insightful interviews, and epic live performances by Sammy Hagar and Eddie Money on Sunday, April 1 starting at 7 p.m. EST / 4:00 p.m. PST. The event airs as part of the network's countdown to the all-new Sunday night lineup debuting on April 8 with the season three premiere of "Rock & Roll Road Trip With Sammy Hagar", featuring guests Dave Grohl, Mick Fleetwood, Steve Vai, and more at 9:00 p.m. EST; followed by the series premiere of Eddie Money's reality series "Real Money" at 9:30 p.m. EST. The night gets "Shakin'" with a pair of "Nothing But Videos" specials kicking off with iconic videos from chart-topper Eddie Money at 7:00 p.m. EST, followed by a roster of the Red Rocker's most memorable video jams at 7:30 p.m. EST. The block continues at 8:00 p.m. EST with back-to-back episodes of "The Big Interview", as Money sits down with Dan Rather to discuss his incredible life, talented family, and his first TV series. Then, Hagar opens up about his poverty-stricken childhood, successful business ventures, and the reason he's so happy at 9:00 p.m. EST. The night comes to a close at 10:00 p.m. EST with the premiere of the 2017 all-star concert film "Red 'Til I'm Dead: Sammy Hagar's Rock N' Roll Birthday Bash". Filmed live at Hagar's world-famous Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, "Red 'Til I'm Dead" gives viewers an all-access pass to the Hagar's legendary annual celebration as he takes the stage with friends and fellow icons to ring in his 70th birthday. The special highlights some of the four-day spectacular's best moments featuring performances by country star Toby Keith; NICKELBACK frontman Chad Kroeger; RUN-D.M.C. pioneer Darryl McDaniels; the incomparable Eddie Money; PANTERA percussionist Vinnie Paul; GRATEFUL DEAD founder Bob Weir; Hagar's THE CIRCLE bandmates Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham, Vic Johnson and Kenny Aronoff; and, of course, the Red Rocker himself.
