According to The Fresno Bee, former VAN HALEN and current CHICKENFOOT frontman Sammy Hagar and some of his business partners are being sued by developer Milt Barbis and two companies associated with building Fresno, California's Cabo Wabo Cantina for the demise of the short-lived restaurant and nightclub.
