Anyone ever used these mics?

Any good? Especially as overheads?

I've got a chance to pick up a pair dirt cheap (even for cheap-ass mics to start with), so any help would be appreciated! The quicker the better

Just got a pair last week. Work great. Nice that they come in pairs.

Yes, is very nice that they come in a matched pair...you used it as a Overheads?

I used them as overheads. They sounded much better than my old shure 16a's. I also recorded an electric guitar like it was an acoustic (no amp) and it also worked well.

well it seems, that those shure 16a are really dull - i just bought them 7 years ago without listening to them and i thought that they are quite ok mics for that pricerange - what a fault!!!!!

I have them. No complaints. They aren't stunning or anything though.

i have them too, used on hi hats and ride, nice sound , nothing fancy but nice

Cool - getting hte pair for like £45 I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but useable is a good start!
