Official Statement from the Band:

We are sorry to announce that due to severe, incapacitating back problems, Sander is not able to fulfill the vocal-duties with the band for several months to come. After discussing this with the rest of the band and with Sander we have decided to continue on with playing and booking shows. The vocals will be performed by befriended vocalists from a diversity of bands, until Sander is capable to sing and perform again. We hope you all support this decision and will come over to a show and be surprised! The band also stated that the instrumental shows as played earlier this summer are no longer an option. Those who saw the band play their songs without vocals definitely saw something unique.
The Saturnine played the annual Plein Open festival in downtown Den Haag with Eddy Borremans of Dutch melodic metallers, and After Forever's support act for the upcoming tour, NovAct (www.novact.nl)

As of right now we added a brand new MP3 to our selection at our website. No sample, but a full MP3 of the band's radio performance of The Sun Sets Red can be found at the sound-page. Vocals on this track are performed by Trisomy's Martine Thijs (www.trisomy.nl). We will add another MP3 soon. So for all of you who weren't able to catch the band's live performance on Stork on Air through the frequencies or the internet stream, here's another chance to hear what you missed.
