Savatage - "Rock Masters" = "Handful of Rain"?

wtf is this?..

"Rock Masters" sounds more like along the lines of some kind series of issues..typically compilations and reissues.

It's nowhere listed on their website, nor Wikipedia or Rateyourmusic.com

the artwork isn't even the same.

Is this some company, Carinco AG, buying the rights and re-issuing it without the band's consent to use the title and artwork?

Most likely they are buying the rights to redistribute and are packaging it under a name 'Rock Masters' to try to sell it with their 'brand'. There are a number of these 'Rock Masters' around. I don't know if they've remastered these products or not.

I'd buy 'em if they were re-mastered. HoR is my 2nd favorite Sava-disc, right behind HOTMK.
