Some good news for all you Saxon fans - just got email from Saxon mailing list with the dates for next year's tour. I'll be seeing them on the first day of the tour at the Garage this time in Glasgow - quite a good venue - but The Ferry where I saw them last time is a much better place. Still I'm not complaining, can't wait to see them again as they are explosive live . I wonder who the support will be - hopefully the mighty Blitzkreig again, or better still, DIAMOND HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!

damn no us dates. i wouldnt complain too much...i mean id probably just losing a bagfull of money again for them cancelling, this wouldve made 3. lol, but i still love saxon!

Saxon has to be the busiest touring metal band ever, they never stop touring over here! I'll very likely see them once again (Saxon never disappoints) but they somehow need to visit other places from time to time, in order to expand their fan base...

Saw them back in around '88. Small club in Anaheim. A local band that I followed at the time was the opening band. Saxon had the amps on 11, because that is still the loudest show I've ever been at. And my buddy got drunk and passed out in the parking lot..under my truck.

Would be awesome if they made it back over here, but not holding my breath.
