Hi folks. Saxon did a great show in Nuernberg yesterday. It was my 17th time I saw one of their gigs. It started all in 1980 during the "3rd Golden Summernight Festival" (the later Monsters of Rock) in a little town called Neunkirchen am Brand (anyone else there??). An open air festival with bands like Judas Priest, Ian Gillan Band (Ian was completely drunken), Wishbone Ash, Ted Nugent, Jonny Winter, Molly Hatchet, Grim Reaper (from Nuernberg) and of course SAXON.
