Searching of winter steel toe boots

How I know, it's a possible to find model for winter months, with special wadding. In my country its's normal when during the winter months temperature can be -20C. I need rock/metal fashion boots for low temperature (something like STEEL or GRINDERS). I live in Eastern Europe. Im trying to find and to order boots for this winter.
