Former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach will be part of a panel of candid and unfiltered music experts who will judge the best and worst songs, shocking live performances and much more on E!'s all-new special "Sounding Off: The 2013 Year In Music" premiering Friday, December 27 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. E! News' Terrence Jenkins will be joined by Bach, DJ Pauly D, pop star Christina Milian and DJ Caroline D'Amore. Bach is putting the finishing touches on his new solo album for an early 2014 release via Frontiers Records. The follow-up to 2011's "Kicking & Screaming" is once again being produced by Bob Marlette, who has previously worked with ROB ZOMBIE, BLACK SABBATH and SHINEDOWN, among others.
