Vocalist Sebastian Bach (ex-SKID ROW/DAMNOCRACY) will be appearing on the FOX network's Celebrity Duets performance finale. Bach will perform the Skid Row hit '18 And Life' with Hal Sparks on his final night of competition. The show will air on Thursday, September 28th from 9:00pm -10:00pm EST.

The premise of the show: each week celebrities sing a duet with a famous singing partner. At the end of the performance show, the celebrity not known for singing will face the public vote. For more information go to this location.

Supergroup needs to be released on DVD now...

dt
yeah no kidding. I might be better off burning it off of my DVR to dvd.

Ugh. I think SB has firmly accepted the title of media whore. It's bad enough seeing him on VH1 every time I'm flipping channels. Is he seriously on every single one of their shows? Metal shows, 80s shows, 90s shows, shows about other bands, etc....

I watched Celebrity Duets tonight...just enough to see Sebastian Bach sing, and I have to say it was rather dissapointing. The guy he was singing with definitely didn't hit a lot of the notes and SB sang around his high notes so that the song didn't really sound like on the cd.

Oh well, guess you can't expect too much 20 years later!

Agree that it was very lack luster although I expected as much for this show and his duet partner.

Don't be fooled. Bach can still sing his ass off. Check out the Frameshift album he is on. He kills it. :kickass:

Actually, I disagree with you about last night's show. I thought Bas acted and looked very classy last night for once in his life! His voice sounded great too!

Can anyone really expect Hal to do justice to Bach.........I think not.

I totally agree with your comment about the Frameshift disc though. Anyone who thinks Bas doesn't sound good these days is completely tone deaf in my opinion!

What is a Hal Sparks?

Damn, I guess Sebastian is willing to do anything to stay on TV right?

as for the hal sparks thing:

I think Hal Sparks is the guy in the elevator scene in Spider man 2. When he tells spidey "nice suit" and spidey says "it rides up the crotch" or something like that.

He also shows up in the I love whatever VH1 shows.

Yes i am a geek and yes, i know you were making a joke. I was bored ok?

Agreed!!!!!!!! Hal actually did pretty good, though, with Dennis DeYoung.
