Sometime last year I went to see this band live in my local bar, and to thier credit, they put on a killer live show, it is unfortunate for them however, that I am not reviewing thier live show. I am reviewing this rather lame and generic offering in what is becoming an increasingly crowed Black Metal market.
These days in metal, too many bands are coming out that are just clones of some bigger band, completley generic and no real talent or drive, I thought Secrets Of The Moon may have been different, but thier album was a let down from start to finish.
Badly produced songs (Yeah Black Metal is MEANT to be rought and raw, but there is a fine line) over terrible rasping lyrics that cover topics that every other band has already made several albums about and that most self-respecting BM bands don't even touch.
This album is black metal cheese, please do not buy.
