For those who know and love early Swedish bands that pioneered melodic death metal - Dark Tranquillity and In Flames - this tape is certainly known. For all others here is a short background:
Enfeebled Earth is the first demo by the Swedish melodic death metal band Dark Tranquillity. The demo was released when they were named Septic Broiler. At the time they played thrash metal with some melodic death elements (e.g. death growling), while being quite strange, as the band were less developed and immature at the time. It is very rare as there are only 100 copies and was sold publicly. It contains one self-titled rehearsal bonus track entitled, "Septic Broiler".
