Septicflesh - Titan

I know there's a lot of love for Behemoth on the board and frankly I'm surprised that SepticFlesh new release Titan hasn't been mentioned (or maybe it has) but It has been kicking my ass ever since it's release in June.

I love how they incorporate symphonic elements and seems to have expanded on what they did on THe Great Mass from 2011.

Some people are big fans of The Order of Dracul but my personal favorite is Prototype.

Admittedly, I've only listened to the single, which didn't interest me. I like where the heads are at, but the songwriting just feels lackluster and the music feels overly compressed.

Love this disc! One of the top releases this year. Also probably the bands best disc to date IMO. The first track is my favorite. The breakdown around the 2:25 mark is just sick!
