Some of you may know that Max and Igor ... messrs Cavalera are back and working on a project with messr Joe Mainman from Gojira on bass.

they played a show this weekend in Arizona ... one track here, Inflikted ... fast forward 2 minutes into it.

Man, Soulfly are/were so awful. That first album came out and I went "holy shit" for about 10 minutes, then afterwards the only thing I could stand was the title track. Well, and No Hope = No Fear is cool until the halfway point.

This song is the same overdone tripe Max has been doing for years. I still think Roots is an amazing album but man... he, and thousands of others, have been making 3rd rate copies ever since. It needs to die.

Hey so yeah, this album is pretty good. It isn't great, and the lyrics seem pretty bad, but I've listened to it a few times and quite enjoy it.

not that any of you give two shits, but after like, what?, 6-7 release, the new Soulfly, Omen, is pretty damn awesome.
CC stuff rubbed off on it and its a bunch of short crunchy tracks. At this point I am not even sure why 2 bands exist as their sound has blended into one.
