Despite the cheesy beginning of it, I actually think the song (at around 4:30 in, not the opening theme) is really catchy and heartwarming, especially because it's sung by a talking brush named Karlheinz :D
 
this brush guy has a tv-show in germany. it's called dittsche. he's just a poor bummer comming to a snack bar every night, talking shit and bugging everyone who is around. It's hilarious!!!!
 
Yeah, I figured he was some special guest, since the video is called "Olli Dittrich in der Sesamstrasse," but that's pretty funny that he's famous for being what sounds like the German Tom Green :D. And please, his name is Karlheinz, you can't not call a guy by his name when his name is that! :lol:
 
Olli Dittrich (that's "Karl Heinz" real name) is actually a composer (wrote over 250 songs for James Last and bands like "Die Prinzen") and musician, too and I think he wrote that song.
Dittsche is great!
