Sevendust NEW CD is a must!!!

Hi Guys, Just wanted to say that Svebdust rocks bad ass! Well I just got their new cd called "NEXT" and I love it! I was at work the other day and was looking for something really good and luckily I came across the coolest cd ever, well one of the best. It is great, its hard core but you know its not like some that over do it, I think its amazing! I did not think I would like it but guess what they are pretty darn good!!!They rock bad ass, the music is just streaming, they will blow your ears out, isn't that the point, of course, darn right. Anyway, just check them out at their website at http://www.sevendust.info/ trust me you will love it too, just experiece the music get through and bust into your ears. yeah, unfortunately, sevendust has fallen off the wagon. for the style of music they do, they weren't half bad back in the day. the production sucked on their first disc but it happens to contain some of their best songs. i, also, liked the "home" cd a bit too. also, it sucks for sevendust that clint bailed the band. cool dude who could sing a little, write and play decently.

A Sevendust album review does NOT belong in a metal forum. Sevendust can be classified as hard rock, at best. I used to like them two or three years ago, but that was when my musical tastes were unexposed and generic, based moreso on what was hot, than what I enjoyed.

This is obviously a dumb street teamer. You'd think they'd be a little more creative, make it a little more personal and genuine. Haha. I guess the free paper-based stickers and pins isn't enough incentive.

Sevendust are a decent band. Don't adjust your tastes based on what is mainstream and what is not. You'll miss a lot of great music that way. Sevendust are not great, though do have some great songs. I always feel like their CDs contain half really strong songs and half filler.

And yes, it does belong on a metal forum. It's not that far removed.

Heard the single and it sucks. If the single of all songs sucked, then obviously the CD will suck as well.

hmm... strange. it always seems to me with almost every band i listen to, that i don't really like the single at all, or its the weakest track on the cd. so i wouldn't base it just on the single. usually its the label that decides the singles, and not the band. so therefore, most radio friendly, which most likely means one of the weaker songs.

I liked the first 2 CDs, they suck now.
