Sevendust-Next

Sevendust return with a new record, a new label and a new guitarist, but the same attitude. The record entitled Next is appropriately titled; most people questioned what would happen next? Sevendust has gone through a lot of adversity over the last 4-5 years, its reflected in their music, in their growth and their maturity as a band. While many of their contemporaries have seen their fan base shrink or turn on them, Sevendusts fan base have grown with the band. They are accepting that every record will sound different than the last. On Next, the band has picked up where their last record left off. Theres more focus on the lyrical content and the choruses than there is on the riffs, while there are plenty of I might ad. Overall Next features the most well rounded material that Sevendust has recorded to date. Lajon and company havent sounded better on their fifth outing. Among the stand out tracks on Next are; the opening tracks Hero, Ugly, Failure, Silence, and Shadows in the Red. Due to hit the road in the winter for all the latest that is Sevendust check www.sevendust.info .
