I once dogsitted a miniature pinscher...i think it was a miniature pinscher, and it was also a really young one..was take away very early from the mother I think, because he was very clingy

How big do they get? A few reference sites say they grow to about 65cm max height. Sounds a bit small to me.

Same! Boxers can be VERY protective over family. If you bring the dog up around young kids and familiarize them with the dog, they're loving as hell and gentle as anything. However, my sisters boxer is fully grown now, been with my girlfriend nearly two years and whenever we go round, the dog is really strange with her. Growls, even snapped at her, whenever she picks up my sisters kids or fools around with them

Thats from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the front paw when the dog is standing on his 4 legs.

My Alaskan Malamute is 74cm and when he was younger he could stand up, put his front paws on my shoulders and reach high enough to lick my chin and i am 183cm (6 feet).
