What size of shit happens are we talking about anyways?
Are we talking about the long shits that keep on coming, or the small pellet ones that keep on dropping (and which end with that annoying splash?)
We're all full of shit anyways, so I guess "shit happens" is nothing more than the release of us getting rid of a little of the shit we carry around. Each of us can only carry around so much shit, then we need to unload it on the next person in order to free up space for the shit other people drop on you.
