Since I feel so absolutely rotten today due to sickness and having a really relentless day at work, when I had a break today, I took a sample audio file from a sound effects CD of thunder and lightning crashing, and put it on a mini tape. I'm going to carry the mini-tape player around with me all weekend until I feel better, and everytime I say something I'm going to punctuate it with a push of the play button.

i.e.

"Hey toby, how's it going?"

"Stick it up your ass!" CRASH BOOM CHOOOWWW!!
