My apologies for folks waiting internationally for thier single.
I made my monthly trip to the main post office (which is quite a drive for me) and they were out of customs forms (they said this never happens and was temporary. They suggested FedEX. WAY too expensive!)
It seems that living in a military town (Colorado Springs has 5 major installations in the area) has caused internationally delivery to become very popular.
I assumed that sending something overseas to someone in the military was done via FPO which didn't require a customs form. But the post office told me that this is not the case and that the forms are used.
Anyway, my apologies and I'm will go there again next week.
