Former GUNS N' ROSES and current VELVET REVOLVER guitarist Slash has been announced as one of the presenters for the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, which is set to air live on Sunday, September 7 from the Paramount Studios lot in Hollywood starting at 9 p.m.
