According to Los Angeles Times, GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash has put his mansion in the Mulholland Estates, a guard-gated community in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles, back on the market for $10.495 million, down from $10.995 million. The 10,971-square-foot, three-story Tuscan Villa-like home on Clerendon Road offers complete privacy and luxury, and is an entertainer's dream come true. Enter the property onto the large front motorcourt with dual two-car garages. The beautiful two-story foyer and center hallway connect the various public rooms on the main level, each spacious and luxurious with high ceilings and fine custom details. The main level is complete with formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, family room with bar, powder room, maids suite, and tremendous gourmet kitchen featuring dual islands, abundant cabinetry including built-in desk, professional appliances, butler's pantry with dishwasher and sink, and breakfast room. The upper levels offer three family bedroom suites each with their own bath and walk-in closet, library, office with fireplace and floor-to-ceiling built-ins, guest bedroom suite, huge playroom, and the opulent master suite featuring incredible closet space including walls of closets and a custom walk-in closet, fireplace, and bath with separate jetted bathtub and large steam shower. The lower level is an incredible space for entertaining featuring a night club with DJ and photo booths, bar/kitchenette, screening room with stadium seating, recording studio with bath which could be converted into a guest bedroom suite, and private patio. Expand the party or escape to relax in the wonderful backyard featuring an outdoor living room with television and fireplace, BBQ, lawns, organic vegetable garden, and pool and spa all overlooking enchanting canyon and valley views. Check out pictures of the property at this location. Slash and his then-wife Perla bought the home in 2009 for $7.3 million. Their neighbors at the time reportedly included Vanna White, TV judge Greg Mathis, reality TV queen Paris Hilton, British pop star Robbie Williams and actor Charlie Sheen. Slash filed for divorce from Perla in December 2014 after 13 years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences." He asked for joint custody of their two sons, 13-year-old London and 11-year-old Cash. The reunited GUNS N' ROSES, featuring Slash, singer Axl Rose and bassist Duff McKagan will play a couple of shows in Las Vegas this weekend before doing two stints at Coachella and two Mexico City gigs. A North American stadium tour will follow this summer.
