Slayer Ghosts of War

Im interested in how to get a similar effect as the start of Slayers Ghosts of War.

I have a song idea and would like to try something along those lines in it.

Hi pass it higher than normal and make it quieter with automation.

Just take a low Q notch and sweep it around, either on the master channel or just the guitars, until you find the effect that you like.
Probably start around 200hz.
