Hi,
anybody checked out Slipknot's "Goat" documentary DVD, which is a bonus to the recent rerelease of "Iowa" for its 10th anniversary ?
If you were or still are into the band it's worth watching it IMO.
One part that stood out was Sid Wilson telling that towards the last days of the recording, when he was laying down his parts, his grandpa was about to die in the UK, and he decided to wait till' the end of the recording (couple of days to go) before flying there to visit him, but unfortunately his grandfather passed way the day before the last day of the recording...
The next day, Sid came into the studio, asked the engineer to turn the mics on and he let it all out.
This is him you hear screaming on the first track (the intro) of the album.
Creepy stuff.
Now everytime i hear that intro it gives me the chills.
