in St. Louis. i can now say i've been to the Harrah's Casino. that place is pretty big- and on the inside, it's exactly like vegas: loud ugly carpet, noisy slot machines, mirrors to make it look bigger than it is, fake blue sky painted on the ceiling, palm trees, bars with fishes in them (best part: the ParadiCe Bar), restaurants. Not bad. It's just that when you go outside, you're still in Missouri. Lots and lots of parking; seems like they were expecting a lot more people than usually show up on a Wednesday night.

yeah, i got the tape. some of it's a little difficult to tell what the chords are, but i'm gonna work on it this weekend. email me any concrete ideas you (or vito/larry/joe) had for the keys. the songs are cool!

Well, maybe you never actually SAID he was a puss, but the scowl you would make at him said it all! Actually, maybe it wasn't a scowl.... maybe it was you just squinting to see better after the booze would take control. I'll have to ask the Peterson Tuner.

You guys sure love picking on Larry, not that it's hard to come up with stuff, but sometimes i feel bad for the ole kid ya know.:erk: But then i think back on how he ripped on my old driver's license picture so i don't feel AS bad. :tickled:

If only we got our hands on that picture before you gave it up for the new one, it would be posted on the web page. We need to find some old pictures of you. hahah!
 
MMmmhmm, I see how it is....a guy goes out of town for a few days and you guys have a field day talking shit on here while he is gone! You just wait and see, fuckers.....I have plenty of hilarious pics of you all that I could post on here as well. I just bide my time, thats all.......

As for that casino, I could care less about the decor, and more about the fact that I put $5 into a slot machine and won $900. So take that 'n stick it in your pocket along with your magic biscuit, Eric! :loco:

Seeing as this was a trip based more around doing family sorts of things and actually getting some rest (which I get very little of at home these days) and the fact that Eric didn't show up until 10 pm on wednesday, I just didn't feel like going out and hitting the clubs or anything, 'specially considering I don't drink. Besides, I think all three of us were rather broke (prior to my winning $$$) and the drinks at the Paradice (LOL) Bar were really cheap. And Jess and I were anxious to get to bed, but whether or not it was actually to sleep is nobody's business but our own pal!

I did manage to get to see a fair amount of St Louis and its surrounding areas though during the course of the week, and it is really nice down there. I tried not to let the fact that smelly Eric resides there affect my overall impression of the area LOL :tickled:

Anyhow, the trip was good, I got a bit of rest and some money, my bandmates are all penises who regret not being cast in "Gummo", and now I am off to band practice. BURN IN HELL!!
 
Hey, you told me you'd be at dinner til 9:30 or so! I was doing as I was told, which is more than most can expect from me. I'll email you my address so you can forward my proper share of the winnings (87%).
