Good news, although I feel their best years were the "LP" years between '81 and '87. Haven't really paid much attention to their later lwork. There goes another day of digging ... these threads are interfering with work

Found it a few days ago. Almost all the "original" members are back and the music has more of a WITS / bar band vibe. Not smooth like IABDP or LWTH or as heavy as NRFTW & WTRE. Here is a link: http://www.planethelix.com/Albums/Album22.htm

I opened for them years ago..and Brian had taken me to dinner after the gig...singer to singer just sharin' a burger. I can't say enough cool nice things about him. Real people he is!! It's great there is another new disc!!
Cool to hear. We were supposed to open for them 2-3 years ago and the gig was canceled months before.

Brian is a nice guy. We chatted after a 2008 show about when Helix opened up for Triumph in 1985. His autobiography is a fun read too!
Awesome!!!! Yeah my meeting was way back in '88 I hope you get another chance to work with him pounding metal!!
