Route 666 (now renamed) terminated in Monticello, Utah. This just makes ending the Maidens Route 666 tour in Utah that much more appropriate. For a while (until 2003 when they changed the number designation of the road), the other end of Route 666 terminated in Gallup NM, which the Maidens may be passing by on the way to Texas...

I have a pic somewhere of myself taken at mile marker 42 of route 666. Mile 42 for the Douglas Adams reference. We were bored one weekend so we decided to drive to 4 Corners and saw that highway was in the area so we had to take it.

Neat coincidence, whilst driving on route 666, listening to The Number of the Beast, the car's odometer rounded 66,666 miles.
