So, as I understand, Metal Heads don't like bands like Korn, Slipknot etc. because:

Lack of technical playing [instrumetns...]?
Comercial?
Boring?

Am I right? Or is there more to all this?

I think radio beats the crap out of these bands - it's probably more of a case of just being sick of hearing them. I have 4 Korn albums - I like them. But I've been forced to hear them so much, I'm not so inclined to choose to listen to them, because I know I'll hear them when I flick on the radio.

Also, I just happen to like the kind of metal that gets no air time.

You forgot a few things.

- Lame lyrics.
- Borring chorus/verse/chorus/verse songwriting.
- Lack of inovation.
- Bad singers, with no range.
- Horrible live performances, dispite the fact that they're playing unbelievably simple music.

I think the most important thing is that the commercial interest that record companies have in these bands is so great that it's hard to believe that they write music for music's sake. There's always an overriding commercial consideration. There's also a lot of cynical marketing at angst filled teens by mainstream rock.

At least you know with underground genres that they're not in it for the money!

The greater the extent of the financial consideration the less genuine the music is from a purley artistic perspective.

That's how the story goes anyway.
