Chicago, Illinois-based heavy rock band SOIL has set "Picture Perfect" as the title of its new album, tentatively due in September in Europe via Germany's AFM Records and in North America through Driven Music Group the Phoenix, Arizona-based music label and entertainment company created by former KORN guitarist Brian "Head" Welch.
