I've been listening to it today...I got it this morning, and just got back from school.

It seems as though it's less technical, and a little slower than usual, more focused on the songwriting. Not too much of an emphasis on guitar solos either, or guitar work in general.

But, I like the album.

Song of the Damned
Follow the Hollow

It feels like this album is a natural progression from A Predator's Portrait.
