I don't know if there are any Romeo solos without some tapping in them...that is kind of his trademark stamp so to speak. I don't recall any in the show I saw. In any of his given solos there are certainly a lot of really difficult alternate or sweeping passages though. Having seen him live on the Odyssey tour, I would say that the Smoke and Mirrors solo looks like a beast to me with so many techniques employed at such insane speeds.

2nd solo of "Of Sins" is mostly alternate picking/string skipping, with a legato run at the end.
The solo in "Wicked".
Those are the only two that come to mind right now, but I'm sure there's more.

The Turning is awesome, but I wish Romeo would turned the volume up in the first section. The first part with the fast alternate picking (?) followed by sweeping is too low.
