You know, in my opinion, one of the reasons people get so sad when other people die is mainly cause we humans consider ourselves as the absolute supreme beings, almost divine. Religion and how we were created by gods is a big part of all this and further emphasizes our uniqueness and the value of our lives.
So, since we are so valuable, when someone dies we act as if it's a terrible loss, a sin if you will, that such great potential for life was lost. But what the fuck, if you think about it you're nothing more than a piece of meat controlled by electrical signals. When it comes down to it, humans as individuals are so fragile and play such an insignificant role in the development of the universe, that when we die what, the piece of meat is not able to move or communicate or interact with the environment and others anymore.
But I guess our emotions won't allow us to come to realize our true nature. However it'd be nice if we could achieve a state where we wouldn't think twice about killing ourselves or let's say if we saw somebody get shot in the head in front of us just walk by like nothing happened, cause really, nothing happened. Haha, I'm not so sure I believe everything I wrote but what the hell, I've fallen into a self destructive pattern lately and come up with weird stuff.

Doesn't matter, the material for thinking is this. Any push towards contemplating is a good thing. Appreciate it. Nicely put, man, nicely put. Hoho...

Yup. Sitting down behind his keyboard and turntable, cracking out some tunes and then *BANG* "Fuck..... I'm Dead!"

HEART KICKS ASS. Those girls were nice in the 70's. STill pretty, the both of em, even the big one, pretty, yeah. but they were HOT way beck then.

that my pals from RUN DMC was cool. the people who really deserve something like that would be METALLICA

and about heart, they were good when they wrote their own songs. but they had "professional" singwriters try to write pop ass radio hits for them, and that was their undoing. these dreams was a good song though

you're right, man when they bring in outside songwriters like Desmond Child and Dianne Warren, they become clones, Aerosmith did that and their recent albums have sucked.

old Aerosmith was righteous.
