Congrats to the Seahawks and their fans.

Although I don't understand why they'd build an open stadium in Seattle, I have to say that it's probably the coolest looking one I've ever seen.

Because it's football!

Not to mention it doesn't rain here nearly as much as everyone likes to think it does (except in the winter).

:)

I went and saw the Browns play in Seattle a few years back. Really nice stadium. I can safely say I want the Seahawks to win this year... because I hate Denver and especially Pittsburgh.

Cool pics! I'm going to a Stars game tomorrow for my birthday :Spin:

I went to a hockey game once when I was like 8 and then again when I was about 22 and they weren't even NHL games but they were tons of fun! Enjoy!

And happy birthday :)

It's probably the same guy!

I agree the Panthers are going to be much tougher than the Redskins. However, Carolina hasn't faced an offense as potent as Seattle's for quite a while (the Bears definitely didn't challenge them much) so that should put their defense to the test. Not to mention Peppers might not play. That'll hinder Carolina even more.

Playing the game in Seattle doesn't equal a free win, but it definitely gives us a big advantage.

Steve Smith is an exceptional receiver and our starting cornerbacks have both just returned from injuries. It's going to be a pretty even matchup, but my prediciton is....

Seahawks 31
Panthers 24

p.s. Is that a Redskins fan in the background of that pic you posted?! Heh, I only saw about 10 of them at the game, as opposed to the hundreds of opposing fans you usually see.

i went to a 49ers game like 8 years ago, and learned something funny: on tv the field looks huge and the players look tiny, but in person the field looks tiny and the players are fucking monsters. also, malts and hotdogs taste better overpriced and in a stadium.

 We rigged an antenna to one of our T.V.s (I work at Guitar Center) so the highlight of yesterday was the Seachickens game.

How did you "rig" the antenna? you just put the RF cable to the back of it? ;)
