Some symphonic stuff

I think all you need is a good guitar tone and lower the orchestra a bit (and also get some high quality orchestra samplers )

Listen to my stuff, it may be pretty similar in style

Which part of the orchestra should I lower? The horns or the strings? Or both?

Yeah, the horns. The strings are a bit quiet, I think when blended with horns would be optimal. But the horns are way too loud, and literally "eats" the guitars

Well... I lowered the horns and consecutively had to lower drums, some strings, etc...
I don't know if it sounds better or worse now , but... here it is:

By the way, are there any general tips on EQ-ing orchestral stuff - strings, horns, etc?
