very well done i guess you used wacom didn't you?
one thing that bothers me is his eyes if you notice when you look at what ever pic of alexi its his eyes the center of attention so i would suggest you make them slightly more sharp and the rest is fine as it is

Nice, not a fan of the White face myself though, but it really helps to bring out the shadow under his face and the hair around it.

Hair is nice too, but for some reaon when I look at it, it seems japanese. I have no idea why

I think the pic is not bad, but at first sight his face looks just a little bit "torn" to the right. But the rest is good. What medium did you use Kitty?
