Song about jumping from a ledge

looking for a song from my past. I lost a mix tape that belonged to my wife given to her by a friend long ago some time around 95 as it had a Stuck Mojo song from snapping necks. It had a song on it about standing on a ledge looking down at the people on the street then the singer describes free falling and the sensation every thing getting closer then the song stops. That is about all I remember it isn't a very fast song and it is more talking than singing

Depressive Age - Transition (well, probably not as it's more of a prog/thrash song, but the lyrical theme is similar and some of the verses are slower and chant-spoken, and it's an awesome song)

Faith No More-A small Victory reminds me of what it feels like when you get really bad anxiety. And than say if you jumped off a cliff or a ledge naked when it reaches breaking point. That's the only thing I can think of resembling falling off a ledge or something.
