Nothing in particular, but I find that catchy death metal of any kind gets me headbanging the most. I've headbanged in my car, at work, and at the gym listening to catchy fucking death metal. Sometimes it made for quite a funny sight. lol

Black metal doesn't usually give me the urge to headbang. It's usually some especially asskicking death metal or thrash. At any rate, I try very hard to ignore my urges to headbang because it reminds me that I don't have hair anymore and I find that depressing because headbanging sans hair is totally lame.
