I heard about that - kudos to the bands for struggling on and delivering the goods.

Similar thing happened to my friends when they went to see Pearl Jam at a festival in Italy. A storm completely annihilated the main stage (in the night so no-one was hurt) but it meant the show couldn't go on the next day.
