I dont like plastic surgery. Im all for making yourself look nice, but changing your body with implants is another thing. I guess its ok, but to an extent, a lot of people get obsessed with these things.

You honestly don't need to put your life at risk for some self-confidence, learning something new will boost your confidence, the fact that you can be friends with bands and get backstage access should give you confidence as not many people will have that opportunity, you have friends, that should gie you confidence, you are in a relationship, that should give you confidence (If you were ugly like Anne Widdicome then yeah I see your point but you are not).

I put my life at risk not for vanity but solve a health problem was having a negative impact on my life and my job.

This media lie that states that men demands women to look like such and such is bullshit, I remember the huge fuss about Pamela Anderson and I didn't find her sexy at all because it wasn't natural, Jordan is the same, to me she is an ugly bint with a very poor & selfish attitude.
