holy shit.. I'm recording a band right now.. and the guitarist has one of these.. It sounds ok.. but the 6505 that the other guitarist is using sounds way better.. imo

I have two of those heads, i think they are awesome if you can find the sweet spot.
I just bought an Engl e670 with 6l6 tubes which is the best amp i have ever played along side Bogner Ecstasy classic, and i must admit that i´m quite suprised that the Johnson sounds as good as it does compared to the Engl e670.

So the guy that bought it caused a stink about the damaged insignia on the head. It was clearly visible in the picture, but he wanted another $100 off for that.
