Made another pasta dinner tonight.

Sauce:
Tomatto Paste
2 Chopped Tomattos
Butter
Classico Dressing
V-8 Juice
a fuckload of Ceyanne pepper, mmmm

Pasta:
Light and Fluffy Egg Noodles


mmmm spicy and yummy
 
I cooked dinner for the whole familly last night, the sauce was chicken, bacon and tomatoe with tonnes of onion, garlic, Moroccan seasoning, chicken seasoning and basil, all cooked up in a frypan and then mixed up with some pasta...

kickass, i was looking for more stuff to put in, now that i think about it i probobly had onions...grrrrrr. Oh well, theres always tomarrow, haha
 
No home-made noodles but I have middle-class ramen :p (high class being little cook tom yum.)

* Ingredients
+ One bag caramel cubes
+ Waffle mix
+ One bottle Liquid Smoke
+ One stick butter
* Directions
+ Empty bag of caramels onto waffle iron.
+ Add generous portion of waffle batter.
+ Add one bottle of Liquid Smoke.
+ Cook until burnt.
+ Wrap waffle around a stick of butter.
+ Serve on a toothpick.

ps: i ate some pasta tonight and feel like shit because of-- oh wait it was the half bottle of dirt cheap wine, nevermind. ugh.

Tully's recipe probably sucks because there isn't any olive oil in it. Plus there is V8 and salad dressing in it.

I was thinking this sounded weird too.

Last night I made chili for my family with cubes of stewing beef, dried peppers (chipotle, ancho, guajillo) that I toasted in the oven and ground up into a powder, + fresh jalapenos, kidney beans, black beans, corn, crushed tomatoes. It was good shit :kickass:
 
I made a bolognese sauce that I effectively cooked for over three hours, which is the only way to do a bolognese. everyone around here is telling me to go to a culinary school. not to toot my own horn or anything, but more than a few well-eaten people claim that i am the best cook they know. i should try it out, although its not what i can see myself doing. i've worked in kitchens, and that shit sucks. definitely does not work with my slow, take-it-easy approach to things.
