When you say Fredrik do you mean the one Mr. Thordendal? Regardless. My advice, find your own tone. Just because you like someone's tone doesn't mean it's going to jive with your own music. Would a Metallica tone work well with a Killswitch Engage song? Hell to the naw. Find what works for you my friend. And then if you do find FT tone by chance, use it for your enjoyment in your bedroom or hell make your own cover of a Mesh song with the tone. Then post it up here for it to be torn apart. that is if anyone actually comments on it. Haha j/k

I'm not into djenty/Metalcore. Fedrick's tone educates me a lot in getting good sound, it relates in choosing the right drum kits, Kick, Snares, cymbals, bass tones, it would force and drive me to R&D mix all together to make it sounds just right. Well he used Clean Boost [TC boost] going into Dual Recto, he maxed his volume on his TC Boost, compensate back for unity gain on master/vol channel, it would be great if there're further discussion on this :] I don't mind using Meshuggah tone playing Metallica song 
) if it sucks/shit its a no.10th story. Come on, lets go for real discussion :] there're plenty of outboard preamps/booster/Amp Head/Cab out there, come and share your passion here :3
