just a random thread, what were the standout songs, moments, or whatnot that made your favorite band(s) peak your interest. things like:
Fight Fire with Fire was the first Metallica song that made me go "holy shit" and really look into them, granted Metallica isn't a favorite band but srsly who didn't love the shit out of them for a while.
Seeing some kid do the River Dragon solo made me look up NM which in turn led me to Sentient 6, the track that made me look into them.
Lack of Comprehension pretty much launched me into the Death world.
