Terrible value, I'm assuming it's priced that high due it's proximity to London.
Harlow is not London though.

It's pretty garish for a "cottage" styled house too.

My grandparents have a life lease on one of the oldest inhabited houses in Cornwall. Thatched roofs ftw. That said, wood paneling is cool as fuck.

i don't think the house looks bad, i just don't really agree with the way it's been furnished. nope, not going to put my 7 million into that though.

But in reality, these properties are not bought to be lived in at all, so it doesn't matter what they actually look like, as long as the decor is expensive.
They are essentially banks.
