Ok- the God himself is coming to Cincinnati in April. Has anyone seen him live before? What can I expect from him? I love Passion and Warfare and his other stuff, but haven't heard any of his live shit. Can anyone help?

Vai was one of the best live performers I've ever seen. I'd really like to see him solo, but I saw G3 and it was just incredible. I'm thinking about going out for it.

You can expect only good things from Vai. I saw him with G3 in December, and he was really inspired that night.

Ooooooh man. I just looked and there's a Pittsburgh date - and the venue's like a 10 minute walk from my school. I'm gonna go there ALL DAY to try to meet him and/or anyone in his band. But it's 21 and over - fuck. I'm gonna have to find a fake or something.

I saw him solo about 5 years ago (Ultra Zone tour), and he was unreal. Like watching a F'n spirit play guitar. I saw the last 2 G3's also. Prepare to be blown away.

Well, Vai will be great. However, I'm looking forward to the tours of Symphony X and Manowar after their new albums come out, maybe Blind Guardian, and I will wait and hope that RHAPSODY will someday come to the USA. They kill.
