I just got a review copy of StormWarrior's Northern Rage. Fuck. I simply sampled a couple of tracks, it's fantastic! Anyone here know anything about these guys?!

This is their second album, the first is self titled and pretty much the same stylewise. The guys are obviously raised on "Walls of Jericho" and even got Kai Hansen to produce them and to get them the guitar sound from that legendary record using the exact same equipment.
They are one of numerous less known Hamburg acts, I think Remedy Records is their label (again from Hamburg). Jesus, Hamburg is really a place to be!
My friend worked in their shipyard for 2 years and sometimes went to Headbanger's Ballroom (the same from Masterplan's song) and there would be people from top German bands by the bar like Piet Sielck, Grosskopf, you name it. Need I mention he was in awe...
I need to move to Hamburg immediately, what a music mecca!
