Do you have any more pictures of this? Or how big this "heavy gatefold hardcover" is?

I am very interested but I would like to see more of what it looks like at the $33 price tag for one cd.

Hi, this is a typical gatefold that opens from the middile. It is average paper weight of normal gatefolds and nothing special. The "heavy" should have had quotes around it or said something like "the cover's artwork is very heavy metal" but that's not the way massacre presented the writeup when we posted. The material is not heavy for the cover. I have removed this from the listing because it looks like you were looking for something with a hardcover or other assumption. This is not.

The LP's are out of print for the last many months. We are getting ready to move the pricing up on the next 3 that we get because they are costing more. This will happen in the next few days but until then, we have 2 that just arrived at this price.

These are hand numbered up to 666 copies and contains 1 exclusive bonus track the CD does not have.
