I once received a ticket for parking my vehicle on a road scheduled for street cleaning. While technically it was time for the Wednesday scrub and rinse, the road was occupied by heavy equipment and construction vehicles, making the douching an impossibility. Figuring a meter maid would have some semblance of logical reasoning I left my hoopdie unattended at the mercy of the city. This ended up being my tenth ticket in almost as many months. Didn't pay a single one, as a botch by the D.M.V in transfer of ownership, had sent all the citations to the previous owner. Sc0re.
